Maternity pay

What happens to maternity pay when the child passed on ?

 Hi, 

  This is unusal and i have not come accross this suitiation before.  One of the client i do Payroll for  have informed me that their staff have lost the baby (11 weeks )..too sad. I am now thinking of the implication on SMP. Unfortunately,  my eyes cant find the right section on ITEPA 2003 that deals with this suitiation. any help appreciated.

Eleven weeks into the pregnancy or eleven weeks after the birth ?
