Micro Entity Detailed Balance Sheet

General Q: To attach to CT600 or not?

Didn't find your answer?

When submitting CT600 for micro entities preparing accounts under FRS 105, although not required, what are Members thoughts in regard to attaching to the CT600 the Detailed Balance Sheet and where appropriate to also insert additional explanatory notes for such items as say Investments, Other Debtors, Other Creditors etc.

Members thoughts on this would be much appreciated.

Welcome to your first post since your registration 10 years ago!

Micro entity accounts are indeed intended for the most simple disclosure circumstances, and often more than enough as businesses do not wish to disclose more than the minimum.

If the other requirements are indeed necessary or demanded for, then consider preparing FRS102 accounts.

No! Why give HMRC more information than necessary.
