Moneysoft and AE

Efficeincy of processing AE

Didn't find your answer?

Hello

We intend to move to Moneysoft from Brightpay if  MS is efficient at processing of AE provided by NEST.

Reading some of the comments on AW, there is an issue here?

If you use MS with NEST as AE provider, is this an issue for you? Is processing of AE time-consuming? On this aspect, Brightpay is good. On payroll processing MS is far more efficient.

No issues I've found. Once set up works pretty seamlessly.

To be specific, Moneysoft has the facility to:
- submit the pension contributions to NEST with one click of the mouse in a similar way to submitting an RTI return, and
- subsequently approve the payment, again with one click like filing an RTI return, rather than having to log onto the NEST website.

Hey FT.
I am using Moneysoft and NEST.
I can't make the one-click submission thing work at all.
The AE scheme I tried to set up most recently only has one opted-in employee. Still the one-click thing wont work.
I called Moneysoft helpline and they werent optimistic.
If you go on the Moneysoft website and look at the Supprt Tab you can download a spreadsheet of NEST error codes and there are 145 of them!

First one I did I got all sorts of errors with completely unhelpful errors messages form NEST.
Once you've done a few you get to know how to do the setup to avoid these.
Now new ones go straight through.

I'm finding it as simple as the other respondents to file AE with Nest via Moneysoft. One thing that threw me at the beginning was not remembering to enter the correct 'due by' date.
