Move from accountancy to XERO training/consultant

Do I need to register for Anti Money Laundering Regulations if I am only teaching XERO?

Didn't find your answer?

I am in the process of moving my sole proprietor accountancy business into part time training and consultancy using Xero online accounting. My questions are:  Would my tax return business description then be training and consultancy, rather than accountancy services? Would I no longer need to register for the Anti Money Laundering Regulations when I am due for renewal?

If you are no longer in practice you don’t need to be registered.

Training and consultancy could easily lead to working with clients' live data, then it's not so clear cut.
