Is there any connection (other than adjacency) between MOVED TO WFH and HAVE NOT RECEIVED NEW CLIENT CTSA REF*?

.oO Where's I'mSorry when you need him (to remind us of the Word for Word rules)?

* Or is it MOVED TO WFH HAVE (a bit Yodaish, that) and NOT RECEIVED NEW CLIENT CTSA REF? Or even MOVED TO WFH HAVE NOT and RECEIVED NEW CLIENT CTSA REF?

.oO Where's Paul C, he'd appreciate this culling of essential connectors.

Client phones HMRC CT helpline with company number.
Gets CT UTR and can tell them he is trading at the same time.
Difficult for an agent to do anything until appointed and/or knows the CT tax reference

I am not sure if there is a new box on company incorporations as I have had to request the reference recently as it did not arrive automatically.

Paul and Matrix Thank you for the suggestions.
My client has time next day or two so he has agreed to call HMRC.
I have warned him that the disappointing reality is it can take at least
20-30 minutes to get through, assuming HMRC do not cut off his call
before then as has increasingly happened to both me and other clients.

I don’t understand why you are getting your client to call HMRC when you could have requested the UTR online in less time. You can call or request online. It is posted to the company in both cases.
