Moving to Cloud Payroll MY PAYE ltd

Moving to Cloud Payroll MY PAYE ltd

Didn't find your answer?

I am in the midle of moving to a cloud based payroll MY PAYE to be precise from Sage 50 Payroll. I am struggling right now as MY PAYE does not offer telephone support and I had to engage their partner My deck Centre which offers some support and it costs more. I wanted to know if  anyone have moved to this software now (April 2020) and how are you finding it? I really need to move to the cloud based payroll software but I am not sure if MY PAYE LTD is the right choice. I welcome your suggestions even if you know another cloud based software you may let me know.

I tested it out in March ( bit too late really!) but couldn't really get on with it and the support dept ignored me.

I'm going to try out bright pay although I don't think its "fully" cloud software

Hi
Perhaps i can clear up some of your questions. We do not run a telephone support system as contacting our support team is done through the software. I am happy to speak with you directly. We have been cloud based for 16 years and boast many thousands of clients using our product. Please feel free to contact me.

I wanted to be emailed their pricing structure. How difficult can it be, it is payroll software.

They wanted a telephone discussion. I moved on.

Absolutely, be wary of those who are frightened to publish their pricing structure , my experience is they just try and screw people

Shame on you my paye ltd , will never even consider that company ,

Boycott all software providers who do not publish their pricing structure

Thank you for your input.
Our end user prices are clearly stated on our website but in terms of clients who are looking to use our partner program we do not expect them to buy solely on price.
As the title partner program suggests, this is a mutually beneficial arrangement between two companies where we ensure a good business to business fit and our client understands all the other aspects our software has to offer rather than just the use of payroll software, including but not limited to white labeling our product and HR functionality.
MyPAYE have not and will not ever as you state, "just try and screw people". We have achieved 16 years of client service with a cloud product and a healthy YoY growth based on end user and partner agreements founded on trust and fair business undertakings.
You have judged harshly a company you have had no dealings with and called for boycotting of our business unjustifiably based of an opinion not fact and I urge you to reconsider whether or not you have made a fair assessment of MyPAYE.

Hi,
I am sorry you felt that way and had a less than favorable outcome. However, as with all of our accountant and bureau clients, we prefer a telephone discussion to understand their needs and we have a pricing structure which is based upon a sliding scale across all of your payslips produced, which differs to our end user rates.
We like to understand our clients needs and make sure that our clients understand our product in full as we are not just a payroll software. I am sorry you moved on but do wish you the very best in your choice of software.

Kind regards

I used to use Payroo. Which, from memory at least are the same.
I moved to BrightPay and work remotely using DropBox to store files. BP is a much more user friendly and comprehensive package.
