My employer dont pay me and didn't pay taxes

He keep saying will pay my taxes soon we are only 3 self employers who work for him.

Didn't find your answer?

Because he didn't pay us I phone hmrc and find out he never pay our taxes. There is any way we can make him to pay us or our taxes.

You can try also Small Court Claim for unpaid wages/invoices.

As people have said - try Citizens Advice - they should be able to put you in contact with a lawyer - you may find someone who will take the case without payment up front (especially if you band together with the other employees and all sue together). Your employer is a crook :-(

Just to clarify your question :- Are you 3 self employed or employees ?

Do you receive payslips or do you give him invoices for work done ?

Well take him to court and don’t turn up to work if you are not getting paid. Are you a sub- contractor?

You could always bulldoze the building like an unpaid subbie did a few months ago.

It appears you are being considered as self employed.
You should be paid your wages gross and you are responsible for paying any taxes due to HMRC
If your "employer" isn't paying your "wages" sue him and stop work

Hmm, well, unless they're in the Construction Industry.

If they were under CIS HMRC would be after the "employer"

But if they're employees, HMRC will be fine with not paying over any taxes ?

I'm not really following your point, Bernard.
