A lead tax avoidance scheme case on the old "IoM handshake" scheme, after what looks like a fantastically long wait for a judgment. Interesting comments on s739.

At least they dodged the NIC. Interestingly, this is one of not too many outstanding tax avoidance scheme lead cases per the link below (I wonder what all these tax barristers will do once they run out of such cases):
