Two staff members of a client have different pension contribution rates to the rest of the staff. I set up two new groups in NEST and changed the employees into these new groups. I can not see them on the contribution schedules any more even when all schedules are ticked.
I have spent hours looking at this and have come to realise that its time to pay someone for their expertise, so if anyone is an expert or reasonably knowledgeable with regards to NEST please PM me.

We changed our pension rates a while back, it is in no way straight forward dealing with it on NEST. However, their support was patient and worked through it all with me. Ie the UI sucks, I doubt anyone could logically figure out how to DIY any changes like this, but their customer service is pretty good. Try them before looking at paid help IMHO.
Did you manage to sort this? NEST online chat is pretty good, if not I can help. I don't think you need paid help though.
