Next step from Quickbooks?

After Quickbooks?

Didn't find your answer?

Hello - we are looking to replace Quickbooks with a more robust multi-country/company/currency finance and accounting system, with strong reporting, cash flow forecasting, and sales pipeline management - any recommendations?

Thanks

We use Sage 200, and I can recommend it. The reporting is clear, and good data if you are familiar with pivot tables and ODBC.

Deals with multi currency, revals etc.

Sales order processing is good. There are also quotes, proformas etc - but we don't use them.

Not sure what cash flow 'forecasting' you are looking to get out of an accounting system though.

Aged debtors /creditors are easy to do, and reports on open orders etc are available.

As a former employee of Exact, I recommend including their online software in your comparison. It has great CRM/sales pipeline management included in all packages and strong reporting and finance modules. Multi-currency depends on the package you go for, but speak to the team and they'll be able to help.
