Non essential business closures

Is this true ????

Didn't find your answer?

Is there any truth in the rumour that non-essential businesses will be forced to close ?? I've got a client climbing up the wall

I think it's rubbish that the Govt would allow companies to close and still keep payinhg 80% to the employers So my vote is not true

this is about keeping the country safe and well and avoiding deaths

in my opinion a total lockdown would be better than the current position of a partial closure of some businesses, some people trying to follow guidance and others being total d1cks by not following the guidance and putting others at risk

Per my other thread, a large factory next to us has been told to prepare for this.

I really don't think we are too many days away only food shops, pharmacies, banks and a few other "essential" places being the only businesses allowed to remain open (unless they can function from home).

This has happened in other parts of Europe, so it is likely to happen here.

Sitting in France and that is what has happened here.
Remote working and closed premises except for essential workers.
