Non-qualified solicitors holding shares in practice limited company

Non-qualified solicitors holding shares in...

I understand that a non-qualified solicitor can now hold up to 25% of the shares in the solicitor firm limited company.  Can anyone direct me to where I can read about this further?  i.e. sra website etc? Also does anyone know if (maybe by using non-voting shares etc) a non-qualified solicitor can actually hold more than a 25% right to dividends from the Company?  Many thanks
