There's plenty of apps which will record audio notes (from, say, meetings) and auto convert into text.
Does anyone know of one which would work whilst using the phone (iPhone)? Idea is that when I finish a call, I have a script of what was said.

I think you would have to be very careful that didn't constitute recording the call, or you'll find yourself having to warn everyone you speak to that you're recording the call which I think puts a bit of distance between you and the person on the line.
