Can someone recommend an online solution that I can send accounts and letters etc from.
Adobe sign seems to work. I've tired docusign but don't like the way it tries to make people sign up to their services. Also tried rightsignature but thatsends each document as a separate email which is annoying.
I want to sent a letter, fee, accounts and tax return as one bundle. Then have them to sign certain ones.

Little bit different I think. This is more on the digital signature rather than document storage/approval. You have a good point though, OpenSpace can do document approval (though it won't edit the document with a drawn/text signature).
Check out SignRequest, HelloSign or ApproveMe.
We use Hellosign.
Does what you need however more importantly easy for clients to use. Even our most non-IT literate clients can use.
We've used Adobe Sign for a few years now and it works a treat to send out bundles of documents for signature.
