Paper 64-8

What are the current turnarounds?

Sent in a paper 64-8 about 4 weeks ago and its not showing on agent system.

Anyone know sent one more recently and its gone in?

We were unable to get the online system working on this client and they dont have a digital services account so no other viable options.

Just a thought. Have you asked the client to call HMRC and authorise one telephone call with you whilst this is processed? We have done in the past and it has worked quite well. Appreciate this might not be possible.

Have you checked the client list in your account team access to see if they have been added unassigned?

Why do they need a DSA?
UTR and post code usually work for online 64/8

My recent one for SA took 6 weeks
