I have just done a conversion for a client from Quickbooks Online to Xero. Client hates Quickbooks and I have transferred all transactions successfully using the free service, however I have just realised that the conversion doesn't transfer uploaded file attachments, so 2 years worth of scanned / electronic purchase invoices which are attached to the transaction in QBs will now be lost.
This is quite a problem!
Does anybody have any pearls of wisdom? Others must have come up against the same issue. It's been hard enough getting this client to send the invoices through. I'd hate to lose them all.
