We have outsourced a bulk of our payrolls to an overflow bureau temporarily whist a member of staff is on maternity leave.
Does anyone know if there is any way we could give access to our Government Gateway for only the clients that have transferred over for a while to the bureau?
The bureau only usually do all the payrolls for a company and can therefore usually have full access so they have not come up against this before.
It's not ideal for the bureau to have to keep contacting us to check if any tax code etc changes or if they need access to their PAYE account details.
Is the only way for the bureau to apply a 64-8 and then when the payrolls come back in-house we do another 64-8?
