PAYE Debt Management

Didn't find your answer?

An observation;

As a result of a PAYE o/s letter I wrote to PT Operations on 25/06/19 - received no reply

Wrote to PAYE DM on 02/08/19 - had no reply

Had an answerphone msg left 23/08/19 the day before the bank holday weekend advising me to reply within 2 days. Phoned the number given on 6 occassions 27/08-30/08 response "We are very busy............try later"

13/09/19 client received a threatening txt msg on his mobile. We responded to the phone# given on 16/09, the usual "We are very busy....."

Has HMRC closed down whilst they deal with Brexit?

Regards

The PAYE debt management team are probably the worst team I've had the displeasure of dealing with. They combine in one mix the most stubborn and idiotic debt collectors I've run across along with the greatest number of outright errors and incorrect balances.

This team of clowns won't even bother to make sure the debts they're pursuing match up with statements that HMRC themselves issue. The answer to your question is even outside Brexit crunch they're [***] [***].
