The last time I did PAYE it involved P11 worksheets so I am a bit out of date. Please bear with me.
Client uses a payroll bureau for his small payroll. However, he submits his VAT returns himself so has govt gateway credentials.
1. Does having gateway login stuff make applying for PAYE online simpler?
2. Client is worried that signing up to PAYE online means he will be undertaking to do his payroll himself. Am I correct to assure him that the bureau's work will be unaffected and that they will still be able to do and submit his payroll as before?
