Pension Regulator and Employer Duties

Hello

Can someone please explain me how to complete declaration of compliance if situation within business changed ? Previously there were no other employees other tha director who was exempt from auto enrolment. Now director and 2 new employees must be addesd to pension scheme. All in place, employer duties starts on 1/02 but cant find any link regarding declaration of compliance. I accessed Pension Regulator account and business completed declaration of compliance in December 2020. I am very sure he has to update details regarding registerig business to pension scheme but it seems no option to do it ? Reenrolment date states 31/05/2023 which is earliest possible, redeclaration date is 30/01/24. I am very sure he must do it now but it seems he cant change any options?  Thank you

Hi, although I've not done this, I recently completed a DoC and if i remember rightly, there were options to make amendments via the portal? There is also an online tool on TPR website, this may help guide you:

I don’t see why. Provided he has met his obligations then he just completes the details on the next declaration.

You don't have to notify the Pensions Regulator every time there's a change in the scheme membership. Just declare what the stats are every three years.
