I have a client and HMRC have their date of birth as June 2016 rather than June 1974 and so they cannot create a personal tax account and claim the grant. I have written to HMRC to change the date of birth but this will obviously take time. It was rumoured that there would be a telephone number for some who couldn't claim online. Does anyone know if this has happened or shouid I tell him to call the usual SA helpline?
