I'm a sole practitioner (no staff) looking for a portal solution for (mainly personal tax) clients. I need something very straightforward: both client and I to be able to upload and download documents plus secure document storage and e-signing of various documents. Does anyone have any practical experience of using any of Smartvault, Docusoft, Suite Files or MyDocSafe? I've not found any of them particularly intuitive in the trials (either as the accountant or the client). Smartvault and Suite Files seem to have a strong US bias that I'm not sure will translate well to UK usage. Any comments on practical experience or other portal suggestions would be welcomed.
