I have a practice with approx. 600 clients and I am starting to find it hard to remember all of the filing dates etc. for each client, knowing exactly what my staff are up to and the stage of each client’s job. I therefore believe that I need a practice management software.
I have looked at all of the previous threads on this subject and I have spent many hours looking at the different recommendations however I don’t really appear to have found the exact product that I am looking for.
Therefore I was hoping that someone may be able to help me.
Key features I would like:
Be able to check client’s records in – when they are received in the office, this will allow us to make sure that jobs are completed in order. (Prioritising jobs which have been in for a longer period of time)
Be able to assign clients to different members of staff
Be able to allocate workloads to the team depending on the jobs in etc. e.g. produce weekly/monthly calendars for each member of staff.
Print reports of different tasks which are becoming due (e.g. file tax return, annual return due, complete payroll etc.)
Be able to print reports on the work being completed by members of staff.
Things which are not needed but may be helpful are:
Mail merge on mass
Timesheet recording and billing
I would be grateful if anyone has come across any systems like this and if they could point me in the direction.
