I have recently obtained my ACCA practising certificate and wanted to confirm the best structure for the below arrangement.
I have been in discussions with a firm that currently offer administration/bookkeeping services, but they are looking to expand out to offer accountancy/taxation serivces. My understanding is that the only way that I can do this work for them is to run it all via my business, and effectively have a recharge through their business for the services to the client. So all submissions would be submitted by me/my firm. They could then advertise that accountancy work would be provided by myself in partnership with them.
I'm assuming this as if they were to take me on as a part time employee, my practising certificate wouldn't be valid for their company, unless I reapplied and was a director/partner of that firm?
Hope that makes sense!

If you are employed by someone else, you don't need a practicing certificate yourself.
However, your employer cannot hold the firm out as 'qualified' on the basis of your own qualification, if you see what I mean.
