I have a unmarried landlord couple. The man owns a few BTL's solely, and 3 are in joint names.
Re the joint ones, is really that simple that they can utilise PIM1030, and have a Profit Share Agreement, and nominate her to receive 100% of the jointly-owned properties income? I would make sure the monies are paid into her account for her sole benefit and enjoyment.
Is this commonplace/challengable etc? Does anyone know where I could get a template agreement?

No problem with that.. Just make him aware of the consequences if she takes a fancy to the gardener and ups sticks.
