Didn't find your answer?

I am looking for a conveyancing solicitor to deal with the sale of a house to a ltd co. I assume any local firm of conveyancing solicitors would be able to do this, so i will be approaching some local firms.

Any idea what sort of ball park I should be looking at?   If anybody has any recommendations in the Manchester area please let me know.

Thanks

I mean ballpark as in “a range (as of prices or views) within which comparison or compromise is possible”. For some reason it came out as ball park.

I’ve not yet had a client who has wanted to move properties owned personally to within a company, but now have two.

I assume a solicitor is required, as with any other type of conveyance?

Yes it's a lot safer than messing it up yourself
