If the employer decides postponement for up to 3 months, do employees have right that no postponement and that employer enrolls them in the scheme from staging date? thanks

Given that it took about 1 second to find that link in Google, it's hardly making the regulations complicated or obnoxious.
Perhaps you meant to say for poor employers with poor advisers?
Yes employees do have the right to opt in to the pension scheme even if the Employer postpones for three months.

I completely agree with byCloudcounter, this question could have been answered in a matter of seconds by looking at The Pensions Regulator's website. Simples!
