Quickbooks report printing problem

Quickbooks report printing problem

Didn't find your answer?

I am using Windows 10 having upgraded from Windows 7. Subsequently Quickbooks Accountant Online is not printing reports properly; the reports cannot be fitted to page despite the instruction having been given within the program. I have asked QB support about this but the guy gave up on basic printer settings (which still work on all the other programs I use) and suggested I should use lengthy QB workarounds which quite frankly do not do the job and then said that was all he could do about it. I have tried printing reports on another Windows 10 computer, which has always been Windows 10, and the same thing happens. Has anyone else come upon this problem and, if so, did they find a solution?

no , the short term fix is to export to excel and then scale

You could always stop ruining the planet and not bother printing.

its one of the mainly failings of QBO - revert to QB Desktop

Thank you for all your advice. I had hoped I wouldn't have to export. Another partial fix I have found is, where columns are not needed, to remove them using the little cogwheel and save as a customized report.

yes customised reports are a boon and work fine as well. have you tried unticking fit to page and then resetting and saving as customised. also i dont know what printer you are using but it may be wort deleting and re adding that
