He will setup a committee to assist in running the club of which i will be a member, assisting with the admin side.
He wants to run the club with a goal of covering running costs and any surplus being used for equipment and fund events for the club.
A CASC seems like the perfect setup to meet the aims/goals of the club but i have noted that HMRC require 12 month accounts as part of the application.
As the club is in the process of being setup, there are no accounts to submit. My question is, is there a way you can apply for CASC approval without submitting 12 month accounts in order for the club to run as a CASC almost from day one. All the other criteria can be met for the application regarding turnover, committee, membership fees etc.
Any advice will be greatly received.
