Reza Hooda

Anyone used him?

Didn't find your answer?

I keep getting Facebook adverts for this chap saying how he increasesd his profits by 350% easily.

He seems to have a system kind of  like Mark wickersham and  Rudi

jansen which charges for consultancy to help you improve your accountancy profits. He only deals with accountants and he is an accountant himself.

I'm a big fan of mark wickersham and Rudi has some good points too.

Anyone have any experience with this chap?

Why doesn't he keep increasing his profits by 350%, rather than selling courses?

I would guess that say 500 -800 a month from each accountancy practice is quite lucrative.

I have seen a lot of his marketing and he does seem a thoroughly nice fella but he is one of many operating in that space.

If he has increased his profits 350% they might not have been that good before, if I did that my profits would be greater than my turnover which would impress me.

If you feel you need help in that department meet a few and see which one is the best fit for you. For me the 2 you mention above are a little long in the tooth on my opinion but there is plenty to chose from who have a more modern approach.

You say that but if someone has the experience and knowledge to help you improve the practice then that's not a bad thing is it?

I read a few books by Mark Wickersham and went on a few course and increased our turnover considerably over a 3 year period.

@calculator boy, its a mystery to me to, but lots of people struggle to run a business as they dont think like a business person, so this type of "ra ra" stuff helps them think about the business side of thing.

Personally I think they are bunch of shysters, but it suits me. A business up the road is fully paid up "value pricing model" operation and runs on a "promise the world, stuff em in, charge em up and not care if they leave" policy. Its really good business for me as it rubs a lot of people up the wrong way as their base fee is less than ours, but the actual bills tend to be about double, and they vote with their feet. A contact there I am cultivating every time I do a take on (nice lad probably go solo eventually) reckons the churn rate is 20-25% per annum. Mine is negligible.
