Need advice For SA 302 for tax year 2013-2014 Ending with 5th April 2014 , accountant showed dividend of 30000, but actually I received only 22000 dividends through my limited company till that time. Is it ok to declare that way? My company accounting period is from September to September so for accounting period 2013 sept to Sep 2014 I filled my ct 600 company return on 2015 august. Any advice from experts please.

Why do you think people who know nothing whatever about your affairs are better placed to explain the figures to you than the accountant who prepared them?
Oh, you are already looking! https://www.accountingweb.co.uk/any-answers/ct600-and-sa-302-checking
Dividends will be any you received between 6th April 2013 and 5th April 2014, so you also need to be looking at the previous year's company accounts and check the dividends declared between 6th April 2013 and 30th September 2013, and then the dividends declared between 1st October 2013 and 5th April 2014. If you only declare the dividends once a year then your accountant will (or should) have used the September 2013 accounts, not the 2014 ones.
What dividends did you receive:
(a) in the period from 6 April 2015 to 30 September 2015?
(b) in the period from 6 April 2014 to 30 September 2014?
Thanks for the response. Need a advice my company accounting period is from Sep 2015 to Sep 2016 . In one of the SA 302 ended with 5th April 2015. My accountant showed total dividend which i received till sep 2015, in my SA 302 ended with 5th April 2015 is it acceptable ?
I gave you a specific answer in relation to your question, although the same principles apply for future years. You need an accountant really to go back through your previous accounts and to prepare the 2015-16 accounts.
