I am using Windows 10. I did a Windows update which some how corrupted my Sage program. I installed the program again and tried to restore my data but my data is version 18.1.0.8 and my program is 18.0.10.208, Sage must have done an update over the internet some years ago which I downloaded but this is no longer available. I have read that I need to delete the 'WATERMARK.XML' file. I have searched in my Sage files, etc but can't seem to find it.
Can anyone help?

Should you not get sage support to remote in and sort? - when it comes to overstepping my limits i have found sage will do the necessary so i don't make a complete balls up.
