Sage Invoice Formats - Co Reg No

Sage Invoice Formats - Co Reg No

Didn't find your answer?

Am I being slow - new client has bought Sage Instant.  Looking at the "Company Preferences" screens and the invoice formats supplied there does not seem to be scope for recording the Co Reg No - is this an oversight by Sage or has the client, when initially setting up the dataset selected a non-Ltd Co option?  (I am not a sage user & thus only have a single user/single company licence myself so cannot duplicate the set-up screens.

Add a text box to the template showing this and registered office details, etc

Manual process?

Thanks, I can see that this is possible - but surely it should not be necessary?

Letterhead

As all of the missing information is required on invoices and letterhead - i.e company reg no, registered office address and registered in England and Wales, I guess they think most people will have this pre printed on their letterhead

Letterhead?

Not everyone uses letterhead, by any means.  Certainly the Sage pre-formatted invoice leaves no room for any letterheading at the top and precious little at the bottom - it must be designed for rpinting on either bought-in Sage stationery or blank paper.

Not having the CO Reg No. even allowed for in the standing data suggests they think it is not necessary.
