SDLT rate on purchase of holiday park?

Is it as simple as applying the commercial rate on a park with apartments/lodges/caravans

A company is proposing to purchase a holiday park consisting of static caravans, lodges and apartments (FHLs). 

The company is concerned about having to pay the additional  rate of residential stamp duty, particularly on the apartments.

Will commercial or residential rates apply?
