Self Assessment Payslips

Self Assessment Payslips

Didn't find your answer?

Are my client's the only ones not receiving the payslips for the 31st?
I have taken half a dozen calls today from client's wondering if they are going to receive anything from HMRC.

Change this year?
Yes, we're getting telephone calls from clients whose returns we filed online months ago but the HMRC statements say "thanks for your return please pay before 31st Jan", but have no amount on them? Is this a change of policy by HMRC?

Similar Story
There certainly appear to be more clients this year that haven't received payslips.

One rang today because she hadn't received it but had received a reminder to pay with a blank payslip - her return was submitted in August, and the agent's copy of the statement is correctly updated.

You're not alone
Same here. Clients are driving me mad with loads of phone calls and emails. HMRC have been getting later every year, but this is now getting ridiculous. We only got our agent's copies yesterday! Heaven knows how we're going to find time to check through them, what with the usual stragglers bringing their books in at the last minute and loads of other clients suddenly wanting urgent meetings! Roll on Feb 1st.
