Number of clients/average fee/type of work might assist.

I suspect not that much as certainly if I was the buyer I would be somewhat cautious as either:

1. There are very few clients but they at least have decent average fee levels so very few client losses would decimate value.

2. There are a fair number of clients but with low average fees so may not be that economic, potential loss of clients if try to push fees up post acquisition etc would need considered.

However if someone now posts on here saying a small fee block is worth a decent sum then I could see me selling my clients without hesitation.

(Actually when I pack up I will likely try to place my clients with other firms I trust, which event, the way MTD et al is going, could be sooner that it might otherwise have been)

There's a lot of information missing. You would need to provide a profile of the clients and a profile of your service delivery. eg.are you selling your whole business or are they your PITA clients?

My guess is anything between £0 and £5,000 or £0 and £10,000 (when you have decided what the annual income from them really is).
