Selling accountancy practice in London

Looking to sell the small practice that I have built over the last few years

Didn't find your answer?

I initially sent this message in July but since then not been able to dedicate much time towards this. However, now I can progress quickly if anyone is interested in acquiring a small fee bank of approx £45k at a reasonable fee. A good chance for someone starting up new or for someone looking to grow.

Why have you decided against using a broker?

What's the current rate for these would one think? Surely less than 1.0 of GRF?

You'd imagine so, and no doubt with a significant clawback clause.

If it's any indicator, we had quite a few calls between lockdowns from bargain-hunting prospects, ostensibly looking to jump ship but perhaps gathering quotes as a stick with which to beat down their existing accountant's fees. I seem to recall that happening a lot during the last recession.
