Good morning,

i have just disengaged with a client that is useless at communicating with us.

In January after numerous requests for bookkeeping/accounting records his company was struck off due to non submission.

accounts were then done and submitted and company reinstated.

through telephone discussions at the time the client confirmed he would send off the necessary paperwork. I have never received a signed copy back so we have not submitted ct600 or accounts to Hmrc and assume client has.

i have requested signed copies numerous times and return of 64-8 but they haven't arrived even after numerous promises and threat of disengagement. In my opinion this client is just really lazy.

so I've sent disengagement letter off. As I can't confirm he's sent off the ct600 to Hmrc would an aml report be suggested as I only have recollection of a conversation at the time that the client would deal with it and no way to check.

Ease your mind with a report. No harm done if he's sent in all the forms.
