Jeremy Corbyn today committed Labour to borrowing £500 million, to a £10 an hour minimum wage, to promoting mass immigration, to stopping Britain leaving the EU, to abolishing all grammar schools and dumbing down education, to nationalising railways and other so called essential industries, and to abolishing trade union legislation to bring back wildcat strikes and industrial anarchy last seen in the 70’s. All of this to be paid for by massive increases in taxes.
To top it off his sidekick Diane Abbott today repeated her accusation that all the 17 million who voted for Brexit are racists.
I have had three clients already asking how they can close or sell their businesses if Labour ever win an election. They have also asked for the best way to move their money abroad. People are genuinely afraid of the prospect of an extreme left Corbyn government, and the total chaos it will cause.
Should we be formulation exit strategies for the business owners who will be leaving the sinking ship if the electorate torpedo it by voting Labour? Indeed, should we be thinking about how we are going to get out. I certainly have no wish to pay high taxes to support a tidal wave of immigrants.

Troll
I fail to understand the troll aspect of this OP.
The OP has raised a blog type post. I found it a different from the barrage of technical questions. These are understandable.
The way AA is going, all we will be left with is SAFE technical questions. What I am saying, that is we are! That appears to be the readership the site attracts in the very small world of practice accountants.
You may commence FT bashing.
Although, when I listened to JC's speech, I heard something completely different to you, and even found it a bit refreshing, there are bound to be opposing views on a more socialist government, there always have been, and so fair enough if that's what your f(ears) heard, but then you went and spoiled it all with the "tidal wave" aka "rivers of blood" stuff.
You clearly don't see the irony in the fact that if you didn't spout that sort of stuff, you'd give Diane Abbott nothing to spout about.
I've got more important things to do than formulating exit strategies for a minority of clients who may or may not wish to continue in business if a labour government were to take charge and if the changes you refer to were to actually happen.
Notice how many IFs and maybes there are?
In other words, no, I won't be. :-)
Give it a rest, John. I really wish that you'd formulate a permanent exit from this site, or that the moderators would find a way of doing it for you.
But I guess that your concerns may well be justified if 75% of your clients have already raised the issue.
You are so stupid that you provide valuable evidence against yourself without even realising it. You may think you wont be prosecuted - well you miscalculated that one.
Professional accountant ? All you are is a professional a$$hole.
Given the joke that is the Southern rail "service" in recent months, I can't help feeling that nationalisation would be a good thing.
As for the rest. I never take much notice of unsubstantiated scaremongering and rhetoric.
PS. Cats aren't big lovers of scaremongering and rhetoric either.
Talking of cats, how is dear old Frankie these days?
Absolute proof of your hacking activities. I do hope you enjoy prison food for Christmas.
Absolute proof that you are the 'permanently' banned troll that returns here with annoying regularity.
'Hacking'? You obviously have no idea what readily accessible information you've left lying around on the Internet.
If you honestly believe that folks can't see through your ridiculous protestations then you really do need to seek help.
It seems this site is plagued by a band of pathetic bullies - ask First Tab, who seems to be constantly bullied.
Of course, they don't like those who call them out for the unprofessional ignorant infantile trolls they are - hence their panic followed by attempts to ban such people.
They have made this site a joke in the profession.
The only joke around here- apart from yourself- is the ineffective permanent ban that was put on you years ago.
Think I am going to nip this one in the bud.
