Software for claiming expenses

Looking for recommendations for recording expenses

I am looking for recommendations for software for staff to record and subsequently claim back expenses. It is currently done on individual excel spreadsheets which are uploaded to sage and then manually inputted into the bank. 

Is there a system that would make this process easier?

ReceiptBank, Expensify, Pleo, Soldo, Expend are just a small sample of various apps that will help with automating expense recording. However, Sage will be your limiting factor as the integrations they have with these apps will either be non-existent or basic at best.

Have you tried the AutoEntry expenses app - deals with both out of pocket expenses plus employee mileage recording, plus integrates with Sage
