Sole trader offered temporary PAYE work

Is sole trader at risk of not obtaining self employed support if job taken

Didn't find your answer?

A sole trader who has no income now due to the COVID-19 outbreak has been offered temporary PAYE work as a call handler for HMRC at around the minimum wage.

If he accepts this work, will he be barred from claiming whatever support is due to be announced today for the self employed as he would be in temporary employment?
