So, we have a client who dismissed and Employee ( his son) at teh start of January 2021. Now asking if he hcan add him back on and claim Furlough?
I know this could be done in March 2020, but can it be done now?

Happy new year! I'll be writing cheques with 2020 on them for a while yet.
In that case provided the other requirements are met, I think the answer is yes, but not retrospectivelty
Has the leaver been notified on an RTI yet?
I would include him on the furlough claim and see if it works.
