Stamp Duty - no additional 3% if uninhabitable

Same with limited company purchases ?

With regards the recent tribunal decision that the additional 3% SDLT is not due if the property being purchased is not habitable at the time of purchase.

Would this also apply if the uninhabitable property was being purchased by a limited company ?
