Does anybody know of a stock control program for use within the hotel industry.

The program should cater for different departments, ie 3 different bars and two different food departments.

It should also cater for transfers between departments, and be capable of producing monthly reports showing how each department has performed I.E. GP% actual revenue v. expected revenue.

Any recomendations would be appreciated.

We are a London based Navision Solution Centre with considerable expertise in the Hospitality and Leisure markets, amongst others.

We have a suite of stock management software that may well suit your purpose, but I would need to know more about your particular circumstances.

In addition to dealing with "departments", transfers and reporting, we can integrate our systems directly with the likes of Fidelio's F&B systems if required.

Hansa Financials suite has an Hotels module designed for use in hotels for POS terminals in bars and restaurants.

Movement of stock between 'locations' is very straight forward.

Hansa Financials has budgeting as standard with the accounts package which would help with your GP% actual revenue v. expected revenue spec.

We use Hansa Financials here to control our warehouse (4500 products) as well as being providers of said software so are able to demonstrate it in a real & busy environment.

There is much more to be said about Hansa, and I'd be happy to discuss any queries.
