You can still find them for free online. I'll have a look later.
I had a client pay £10 for five, though. He only wanted one. Lot of money for a bit of paper.

Here's one - first page of Google. How hard did you look ?
Yes of course I googled it but all the results seemed to have various requirements to download. I clicked and used your link (foolishly) and ended up with a changed search engine default. Cheers
I tried the link provided by lionofludesch and downloaded the form with no adverse effect on my browser.
None of the top links I found on Google, for the form, required "various requirements to download".
First one I tried wanted you to sign up to some sort of mailing list.
Top hit for me (search term "stock transfer form j30") was:
I think there's something wrong with how you're clicking because there was nothing wrong with that link.
Seriously, if you don't use Google then you must be wasting days of your life "struggling".
Type 'Stock transfer form J30' and the top 4 hits are links to the form.
How exactly were you trying to "source" the form?
I find the same with people not asking dumb-arsed things that they could have just googled. It making for a more civilised and grown up exchange I mean; you just know that somebody that's done a bit more than just scratch their [****] is an adult, who isn't going to [****] you off.
Does anyone know who Man Utd are playing next?
Have you tried ringing NHS Direct? 111
That's what I'd do.
Meanwhile, the OP's too busy politely answering other people's questions to acknowledge, with thanks, the latest helpful suggestion.
