I signed up for a trial on Saturday as it does seem very good. I expected instant access but apparently they are going to get a local (UK) agent to contact me.
I normally lose interest at that stage but I'll wait and see what happens.

I will follow up with our UK partner to see what's happening. It may also pay to send an email to [email protected] so we can track down your previous requests and reply appropriately to them.
And yes, only our Pro plan has document signing an secure file sharing.
Yeah, sometimes companies insist on doing this sort of stuff to upsell you, but the guys I dealt with were more about helping out to make sure I was happy with it all.
I think the only upsells are doing the data migration for you or picking the better package.
I think we did the middle option because at the time there was not much reason to go for the top package and there were features we're wanted (we didn't get upsell,we already knew we wanted that), and they did the data migration for us because it saved time and seemed like less effort.
All in all, the product has saved time, made the job easier (finding stuff and onboarding news clients, which has made the business easier to grow). Pretty happy.

I signed up about 2 weeks ago, but the ‘our uk partners will contact you’ has resulted in 3 unanswered emails in my inbox.
I think that only the top package has signing & client sharing, which is my main interest, so that’s what I’m looking at.
