Any suggestions for stand alone software to deal with the few discretionary trusts that we deal with. Quite simple really; mainly rental income profits and quoted shareholdings.
Iris want £137 a year which seems reasonable but they also want a £98 signing on fee which seems unreasonable for an existing customer.

had the same thing...
i haven't tried anywhere else, but in a previous role i used digita - its pretty good (although with that software there is a one off signing on fee.....)
judging by my monthly bill
and others on this site it seems they have 'selective reading ability'.....but glad you got a result....someone with a bit of common has thought about it - maybe in future they will try and take more care of current customers.......(i decided against digita because of the integration - but it is by far the best tax software i have used.....)
