Simply, I need some clear direction to the Tax Treatment (SCHEDULE D Self Employed) for Contract Hire.
NOT Lease-Hire: NOT PCP: NOT any form of car finance where any option to purchase exists. Just simple, plain hire, with no associated finance element.
It is almost impossible to find any cogent information.
