Now that Taxcalc's Communication Centre has been out a few months I would be grateful for people's opinions of it who have been using it for a while.

I have had several tests with it and eventually purchased it this weekend.
I think for £45, it does a good job. I like the fact that you can send emails from the client account, therefore losing the risk of sending an email to the wrong person.
It seems easy enough to use and the support line is excellent.
You set up as many templates as you want. You can send an email to one person or a group of people and you can attach files etc. What you cannot do at the moment, is enter web links or mark items in colour but I have put a request in for this.
I like the fact that you can bring up all clients who have not filed a tax return, and send an email to them all. You must make sure that the information in their client folder is correct for you to get the benefit of this package. When paperwork comes in, I now mark the client folder to say it has been received.
