Just thought I'd let people know that the 20/21 returns are now available for input on taxfiler.

When I went into a 2020/21 Return though, the self-employment pages showed 2020 at the top
Yes, I checked this with Taxfiler - they are not allowed to show 2021 outputs until after April 5.
I was interested where SEISS income may be shown, guess will need to wait until the 6th April

No - just read the Helpnotes that Taxfiler issued.
"Self-Employment Income Support Scheme – there are specific boxes within the Self Employment (SA103) and Partnership income (SA104) which should include the amount of any payments received under this scheme during the year. "
I'm not sure how true that is - i don't know, but I'm guessing this was an easy answer for the helpline assistant to fob you off with. I'm sure we have been able to see the SA100 in advance previously. In fact i remember seeing it in previous years.
Unless something's changed or (more likely) HMRC haven't actually got around to finalising it yet
Agreed, last year BTC had these available from the 23 March 2020 update.I'm not sure how true that is - i don't know, but I'm guessing this was an easy answer for the helpline assistant to fob you off with. Thanks for the info, I'll expect another price increase from them for this "new feature"!
If you have a play around you will see that the whole SEISS thing doesn't really work yet, until the new form comes out. The calcs appear to work OK but the new form is going to have new boxes.
